Delivery Information
Option 1:
Collect your order from our Customer Services Counter. Please bring your proof of payment with you.
Option 2:
Send your courier to collect from our Dispatch Counter. Please make sure proof of payment has been sent to us before sending your courier.
Option 3:
We reserve the right to use the most economical courier option. Urgent orders which need to be delivered in the fastest possible time will require the courier charge to be calculated. Courier costs for orders to be delivered outside South Africa are subject to quotation. Bulky consignments and deliveries to outlying areas may incur a surcharge.
Please note:
- Transport charges for returns (with the exception of faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.
- Please note – only once your payment appears in our bank account, will your order be available for collection or delivery. (If for any reason, you do not pay the required amount within 5 days of invoicing, the goods will be returned to stock.)
